   – Hold your phone steady at eye level.
   – Keep your face fully in frame and expression neutral.
3. Automatic Background Checks
   – Address, date of birth, and electoral-roll details are checked silently in the background.

If verification fails twice, your documents will move to manual review. You’ll be notified automatically when this happens.
