App won’t open or crashes
– Restart your device and reopen the app.
– If it still fails, delete and reinstall via the App Store or Google Play.

Camera not working
– Go to Settings → Permissions → Allow Camera for InMyNameKYC.

ID repeatedly rejected
– Check expiry date and lighting.
– Retake the image ensuring all corners are visible.

Verification failed twice
– Retake your ID photo in better lighting.
– Try a different valid document.
– If still not accepted, your case will go to manual review automatically.

Payment failed
– Re-enter your bank details.
– If you receive a “Reminder: Complete Your Payment” email, follow that link to retry securely.
